Water based polyurethane & acrylic floor seal for use
on internal wood and concrete surfaces.
Provides a protective barrier to make the floor easier to clean and maintain
Produces a durable, slip resistant silk finish.
Quick drying, which allows a faster application, can be recoated within 2 hours.

• Suitable for medium traffic areas.

FLOOR SEALING:
Ensure floor is clean, dry, wax free & neutral.
Use undiluted. Apply a thin even coat with a seal applicator or clean soft brush.
Allow floor to dry between 1 – 2 hours. Apply a second coat & allow to dry.
If the floor is porous further coats maybe necessary.
